Congratulations to Kyle & Liis and Neil & Katya who have been nominated for Carl Alan Ballroom & Latin Performers' Awards. The winners will be announced at the ceremony on 6th February 2011 in London.

PRESS RELASE OCTOBER 2010: STATEMENT FROM THE EADA PRESIDENT
At the Annual General Meeting of the IDSF in June 2010 it was agreed that IDSF would create a Professional Division. If England wish to have a voice in this decision then we must, as a corporate member, take some action now.
As members of the British Dance Council we have always recognised their authority over all domestic affairs in England and we do not wish to disturb this valuable relationship.
English Amateur Dancesport Limited will therefore cease to be a member of the IDSF but application for membership will be made by another of our Dancesport Group of Companies, Dancesport England who will deal with all matters on behalf of those members who wish to take part in International events. More details will be available at the Annual General Meeting.

World Amateur Latin
Congratulations to Alejandro Hernandez & Kerri-Ann Donaldson who were 21st in the World Amateur Latin Championships in New York and to Ben Hardwick & Lucy Jones who were 31st. See the competition's website for video clips and full results.
Bedfordshire Dancesport club
The Bedfordshire DanceSport Club in Bedford, is the first dance organisation in England to receive Sport England accreditation. To recognise their new found status club members celebrated in style at the Bedford Mayors Parlour on Bonfire Night.
