Personal Accident Cover

Personal Accident Insurance is automatic when registering as a competitive member with the exception of Formation dancers.  All other members can obtain PA cover for a fee of £2.50 by applying via the membership [at] eada [dot] org [dot] uk (Membership Secretary). In the event of an accident incurred during your dancing activity complete the Perkins & Slade claim form and return to Membership Secretary.
