Michael & Carla
MICHAEL FOSKETT & CARLA GARRATT
Michael & Carla would like to announce that they have now amicably terminated their partnership after 5 successful years together.
Carla is taking a break from dancing to concentrate on her GCSEs and drama. Michael is actively looking for a new partner to compete in youth Ballroom, Latin American and 10-Dance competitions.
Michael & Carla would like to thank everyone at EADA for the support they have given them over the years, and are very proud to have been England’s representatives at 5 Junior II World Championships.
Jamie & Vanessa turn Pro
EADA would like to wish every success to Jamie and Vanessa le Tissier of Guernsey Amateur Dancesport, who have now turned Professional. We would like to thank Jamie for his work as GADA rep on the EADA Council. Jamie and Vanessa will still remain involved with GADA, but Lesley le Tissier, GADA Secretary, will now be acting as the rep at Council meetings.

Marco and Jo
EADA would like to wish Marco Cavallaro and Joanne Clifton, British National Champions 2008, best wishes as they have decided to now dance for Italy. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate them for all their achievements in the 8 years they have danced together for England. We would like to thank them for being such excellent ambassadors for English dancesport, representing England at least 7 times in World/European Championships. We are delighted to announce that Marco & Jo have been nominated for a Carl Alan Ballroom/Latin Performers Award.
Hazel Newberry MBE retires
Jonathan Wilkins and Hazel Newberry MBE announced their retirement from competitive dancing at the recent World Championships in Tokoyo. EADA would like to wish them well and congratulate them on their achievements.
John & Linda West turn pro
EADA would like to wish good luck to John & Linda West as they retire from competitive dancing and turn Professional, as well as congratulate them on everything they have achieved.
