The Ballroom Dancers Federation will present the first British National Congress at the British National Dance Championships in November.

The Congress will be held from 10am-1pm on Friday the 20th November 2009 in the Spanish Hall, Winter Gardens, Blackpool.

Admission to the Congress is absolutely free, and tea and coffee will be served at 11.00am.
