Training

Our aim is to provide English Amateur dancers of all ages, with access to top level coaching and training in fields related to dance, to help our members progress and achieve success.  EADA offers subsidised training days for all members.

The training is organised by age group: Juvenile, Junior, Youth, Amateur, and Senior and/or by grade such as pre-champ level.  We aim to offer training days in each discipline for each age group twice each year.  These are typically held from 11am-4pm on a Saturday. The venues we currently use for are in Surrey and the Midlands. Costs for training days vary, the price and further details such as times and lecturers are announced in advance on the website and Forum.

Booking in advance is essential for all training days.  For more information or to book contact Keith Hateley on training [at] eada [dot] org [dot] uk

Elite Squad Training:

EADA organises free training days for the "Elite Squad" which comprises the top 12 couples who have chosen to represent England in the EADA charts.  The training offers workshops from Professional coaches to help nuture the talent of England's best Amateur dancers.  The days are also designed to provide further information about different aspects of competing and to foster team spirit amongst English couples.  The training days are organised by discipline and age group.  Invitations will be issued to those eligible to attend the elite squad training day
